It sounds a lot like Markwatch to me.

When I was a kid, my parents told me that if someone stares at you, stare back. So for awhile I kept a log accessible from plagiarist.org (scroll down to the bottom) where plagiarist watched Markwatch back.

I wonder how much money these companies do or do not spend/make on these staring contests.
