your forkwar script, however, is a bit harder to read/understand right off the bat, where prozac is not. furthermore, i'm guessing forkwar's output is potentially nice to look, no? yet, like prozac, it will also crash my system if i run it (or could i run it and just do 'killall -9 perl' after its done forking itself for a while?).

obviously, like prozac, the art is to a great degree in the code, but isn't the end result of this also part of the work (if you're willing to crash your machine)?
