Communicate with words or projects?

I'd say you gotta do what you gotta do.

I'm a writer so words are my project. But I was very struck by the earlier comment from qpdoll, and I was struck by it AS WRITING. Because behind writing there's always something, it's never just words (even me - that article has all kinds of things behind it, projects, actions, relations, power politics, street politics...).

So I think these differences between projects and texts are real, but they're relative. People who write don't necessarily have the advantage, 'cause with the people more oriented toward projects, the power of the projects almost always shines through the writing.... And often, the projects are what's really interesting. Best, Brian
