yes, (and sorry for the delay) Aileen, you're quite right again. - Concerning teenage boyhood, i'm pretty sure that i wasn't very good at disguising my helplessnes. - but that's a different track ;-}

Concerning what you go on to say, about that it's a propagandistic turn, to focus on "men's and women's issues" i'd have a question; Is that like this concept of "gender mainstreaming", does it go into that direction - or where do differences lie?

I guess it's clear, since men and women in biosociety follow different (arche)types, typicalities (in the sense of _being_ of a type), typical views need to be part of discourse. However, in a critical, non-idealistic manner.
